Our Team
Mr Fuaod Haqiemi Bulqiah Bin Jamaludin is a professional registered Civil & Structural Technician. He is the co-founders of Kenza Engineering Services. He has over 10 years of experience and specializes in construction project management, project coordination and design. His extensive experience is also within boiler designs, refurbishment and all building structural related projects. He oversees the entire project management matters within Kenza Engineering Services. He is also responsible for the day to day running of the entire business, such as; client liaison, project management, financial management, project procurement. All branches report to him.

Ms Lee Wan Li is a professional registered Mechanical Engineer. She has over 10 years of experience in all mechanical building services. Her extensive experience is within HVAC, sprinkler, lift, smoke and fire detection as well as medical gas installation systems. She oversees all the technical matters within the entire company.

Mr Mohammed Firdaus Bin Saiful Bahry has over 9 years in the electrical and electronic building services industry. He has extensive experience with the commercial and retail sector. His experience is within the broader spectrum of all electrical designs; fire and smoke detection, full electrical design; fire and smoke detection, full electrical power and lighting reticulation, PABX systems, UPS systems and data network system installations. He oversees the entire mechanical and electronic engineering department within the company.

Ms Nor Shahidah Binti Azahar has 8 years of postgraduate experience that encompasses infrastructure programme management, construction project management and facilities management. She has managed projects with a budget ranging from RM 50 million to RM 2 Billion and other smaller maintenance/ repairs works, preparation of budgets to obtaining approval thereof and financial control throughout the project's life cycle.

Ms Nurul Fatin Nazwa Binti Abu Bakar oversees all the facilities management projects within Kenza Engineering Services. She assumes full responsibility for the projects planning, development, implementation of effective operations management policies, procedures, and planning. She has over 7 years of experiences within the Facilities Management industry. Her experience ranges from assisting with long term project budget projections, development policies and procedures and conducting reviews on existing ones for projects operations and to ensure maximum efficiency.

Mr Ahmad Syakir Aiman Bin Sudin has over 7 years site, design and management experience working on various projects. The project ranges from heavy-duty foundations and other related structures in the mining industry, commercial buildings such as warehouses, office blocks to housing projects. Other infrastructure projects include bridges, water reservoirs and dams, pump and turbine houses.
Ahmad Syakir Aiman Bin Sudin

Mr Mohd Arif Ashraf Bin Mohd Rusok is a Professional Mechanical Engineering with 7 years engineering experiences in the building services industry, specialising in the design and construction supervision of HVAC systems as well as project management for new and existing buildings. He specialises in the design of ducted systems. Chilled Water, VRV and direct expansion systems. He is involved in contracting auditing of existing installations. He is a senior director of our group.

Ms Norfazlin Binti Side is a senior Fire Engineering in charge of the fire department within Kenza Engineering Services. She has more than 7 years of experience within the engineering sector. She has extensive experiences with fire concepts and designs of new systems and analysing operations of existing design (feasibility studies). She is an associate director of our group.
