The both six floor office buildings were constructed in June 2011 and finished in July 2014. This project is under The Ministry of Higher Education. It has 101 office rooms with complete facilities such as lifts and toilets for every floor. Kenza Corporation has provided structural and civil engineering for this project. This project has cost MYR150 million.
